The Infrastructure & Cloud Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing CKI’s enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. This role plays a key part in supporting CKI’s digital transformation initiatives, leading modernization efforts across hybrid cloud, security, and automation domains.
Lead the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems.
Administer and optimize hybrid cloud environments (AWS and on-premises) for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Ensure proactive system monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning to maintain high service availability.
Implement and maintain strong IT security controls in alignment with regulatory and corporate standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA).
Develop and execute disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans, including regular testing and documentation.
Collaborate with Internal Audit and Finance teams to ensure IT governance, compliance, and readiness for IPO-related audits.
Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and service delivery for infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions.
Define, track, and review SLAs, KPIs, and cost optimization initiatives.
Contribute to the enhancement of IT policies, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
Drive infrastructure and cloud projects, including upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives.
Partner with Application and PMO teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational stability.
Mentor and develop infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or cloud management, ideally in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience in AWS administration, Windows/Linux server management, and network/firewall configuration.
Familiar with backup, disaster recovery, monitoring tools, and basic scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CCNA, ITIL, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.
