To support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives by partnering with business leaders and collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COE). The role provides comprehensive HR support covering employee relations, performance management, engagement, and HR operations to ensure alignment with business needs and corporate HR direction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance matters.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition on recruitment coordination.

Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

Manage employee relations cases, including counseling, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.

Support HR operations such as data management, reporting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

Ensure adherence to HR governance, policies, and statutory requirements.

Provide HR analytics and insights to management to support decision-making.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or compliance-related functions.

Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act requirements.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.
