As a Project Manager, CEO's Office (MYSG), you will be the glue between teams—driving cross-functional initiatives, breaking down silos, and ensuring execution excellence. You’ll work across departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Your ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and drive execution with a can-do attitude will be critical to our success.
3 - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Prior consulting or strategy experience or knowledge in Retail, Operational or Manufacturing optimization, Review of Organizational goals and KPIs (startup experience is a plus!).
A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Familiarity with business operating models, strategy implementation, project management execution.
Ability to work with different teams, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
You move fast, prioritize effectively, and focus on delivering results.
You know when to introduce structure and when to adapt to evolving needs.
Comfortable using project management tools (Lark, Microsoft Project etc.), and making data-backed decisions.
You understand team dynamics and know how to build strong, productive relationships.
