Job Summary

The Assistant Manager supports hospital revenue growth by planning marketing activities, developing business partnerships, and monitoring revenue performance.

Job Responsible
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to increase hospital revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, MCOs, TPAs, agents, and partner clinics.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements with business partners.
  • Develop corporate healthcare packages, health screening programmes, and referral arrangements.
  • Monitor account performance, renewals, and partnership growth.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to supportdigital and offline marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Support promotional campaigns, corporate roadshows, talks, and networking events.
  • Work closely with internal departments (medical, nursing, finance, billing, operations) to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, revenue management, or business development (hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written). Required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
