Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Brand & Marketing Operations to join our team. This role will support the Senior Manager in managing all administrative processes within the Brand & Communications team, including procurement, budget tracking, document compilation, and compliance records and requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient execution of all administrative tasks to enable smooth operations and alignment with organisational goals.

Organization Context

This role is crucial to ensure efficiency of the Brand & Communications team, ensuring all administrative processes are conducted systematically and in compliance with internal and external requirements. This position ensures seamless coordination across procurement processes, financial tracking, and document management. The role contributes to maintaining the efficiency of operations, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and support for broader marketing objectives within a dynamic and competitive business environment.

Key Roles
  • Manage procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders (POs), processing invoices, and tracking payments.
  • Track and manage the department’s budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending in alignment with financial goals. Compile and maintain risk and compliance records and requirements for all activities and initiatives within the team, including audit exercises.
  • Organise and maintain comprehensive documentation and filing systems for the team’s activities, including GTM plans, campaign records, marketing collaterals, reports, approvals and contracts.
  • Provide administrative support for team meetings, presentations and project updates, ensuring all materials are prepared and disseminated effectively. Maintain and request access for all team members for systems, platforms, programs and assist in making travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Provide research support in analysing market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
