A leading ecommerce platform in Malaysia is seeking a qualified individual to manage strategies aimed at growing revenue on multiple marketplaces. You will be responsible for optimizing product discoverability, executing campaigns, and analyzing sales performance. Strong analytical skills and a background in ecommerce are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and experience with platforms like Shopify and Lazada. The role requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
Plan and execute strategies to grow revenue across brand.com and marketplaces
Optimize product discoverability through SEO, onsite search, content updates and merchandising
Identify growth opportunities, test ideas and implement improvements to boost traffic, conversion and AOV
Own the execution of seasonal campaigns, new arrival drops and promotional activities
Coordinate assets, landing pages, pricing and stock readiness
Work with marketing to align paid media, CRM and onsite campaigns
Manage daily performance across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora and TikTok Shop
Develop growth plans with Key Account Managers
Monitor platform dashboards closely and act quickly on gaps or opportunities
Track daily performance, category trends and bestsellers
Analyse sales data and user behavior to recommend actions and improvements
Produce actionable weekly and monthly reports
Work closely with supply chain on inbound readiness, stock availability and sell-through optimisation
Collaborate with customer service to ensure high service quality and quick issue resolution
Coordinate with marketing for campaign assets, paid media needs and brand.com updates
