Job description

Responsible in supporting the driver during delivery operations and ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently at each stop.
• Ensure stock quantity and SKU are according to Delivery Order (DO).
• Ensuring delivery accuracy, handling paperwork and getting clients' signatures for delivery (DO).
• Communication with clients – delivery TAT, resolving issues.
• Maintenance the truck cleaning.
• Assist with warehouse operations as instructed by the warehouse manager (if no delivery schedule needs to be arranged).

Job Requirements

• Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license is an added advantage.
• Having 1 year or above of working experience in logistic and warehouse field would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
• Physically fit for loading/unloading and warehouse tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely.
• Able to follow delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Proactive, reliable, and responsible work attitude.
