Sutera Harbour Resort is seeking a highly driven and strategic Assistant Director of Sales (Corporate Segment) to lead and elevate our corporate business portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for building long-term business partnerships.
As the Assistant Director of Sales (Corporate), you will:
Lead and oversee the Corporate Sales segment, driving revenue growth and strengthening market share.
Manage and mentor a dedicated sales team supported by either a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager assigned to the Corporate segment.
Develop and implement segment-specific sales strategies, action plans, and business development initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, travel partners, and industry stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and business opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.
Conduct regular sales reviews, performance tracking, and forecasting for the Corporate segment.
Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful execution of corporate events, meetings, and guest stays.
Represent Sutera Harbour Resort at corporate roadshows, networking events, and client engagements.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hotel/resort sales experience, with demonstrated success handling the Corporate segment.
Prior experience leading a team or mentoring Sales Managers is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage key accounts independently.
Willing to travel for corporate sales missions and client activities.
