  • Ensure process is operating within control charts.
  • Transfer knowledge from NPI to production for new products.

YOUR ROLE
  • To sustain/improve process including quality, yield, internal & external customer complaint and lot on hold rate.
  • To support production for meeting wws target.
  • To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan
  • To provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to material / process
  • To ensure process is running within control chart in SPC
  • To transfer knowledge from NPI to realize in production mode on any new product/technology received from NPI team
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry with Process control experience. (fresh graduate will be considerable)
  • Knowledge on Design of Experiment (DOE) skill FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, 8D and Strong analytical trouble shooting skills.
  • Good communication skills with all levels of people
