Job Description
  • Responsible for sales in defined territory through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
  • Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
  • Support of dealers in B2B portal
  • Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing
  • Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
  • Manages defined sales territory financials (credits, open receivables, projected sales allowances/cost concessions) and escalates for support where required and coordinates with regional sales manager (RSM) with regards to cross business units activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / E-commerce / Business Admin or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of working experience in sales and candidate with relevant working experience related to Power Tools industry will be added advantage.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth with excellent value selling and negotiation skills.
  • Equipped with professional negotiation skills
  • Excellence communication skills in the area of negotiation, presentations and interpersonal.
  • High frequency in traveling is needed.
