British American Tobacco Malaysia has an exciting opportunity for Area Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the achievement of team targets by taking full ownership of individual performance & actively participating in a high-performance team culture
  • Contribute to state volume, share, and profit targets through utilization of all relevant resources and Return on Investment principle
  • Develop long-term commercial relationships with key customers and leverage these relationships for mutual benefit
  • Utilize insights gained from customers/consumers to develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives to provide a competitive advantage
  • Deliver outstanding in-store activities through valuable outlet visits and effective cycle activities

What are we looking for?

  • Fresh graduates or experienced professionals in Sales or Marketing are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in any field.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Malay and/or Chinese is an advantage.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, agile, and capable of building strong relationships.
