Job Summary

As a Sales & Operations Executive within footwear retail business, your role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across all outlets.

You will collaborate with the marketing department to drive promotional activities, manage outlet expenses to control costs, and streamline operational workflows.

The focus is on preventing operational gaps and loss of opportunities, including inadequate manpower, subpar product displays, and a lack of outlet presentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for training shop managers and promoters on selling skills and product features.

The suitable candidate to be assign to Kelantan, Terengganu & Pahang separately.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Profit Maximization

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate closely with the marketing department to plan and execute marketing activities, promotions, and sales events.

Continuously analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for profit maximization.

Expense Management

Oversee outlet expenses, including staff costs and utility expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality or customer experience.

Regularly review expense reports and identify areas for optimization.

Operational Excellence

Ensure outlets follow operational workflows and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Collaborate with various departments to align operational timelines and goals.

Implement proactive measures to avoid operational gaps, including ensuring adequate staffing levels, well-presented stock displays, and a visually appealing outlet environment.

Manpower and Resource Planning

Work closely with HR to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.

Plan and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak times.

Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and facilitate ongoing staff development.

Visual Merchandising and Outlet Presentation

Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure visually appealing and well-organized product displays.

Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the overall outlet presentation.

Conduct regular checks to ensure outlets are consistently presentable and adhere to brand standards.

Training and Development

Develop and conduct training programs for shop managers and promoters on effective selling skills.

Educate staff on product features, benefits, and key selling points to enhance customer interactions.

Provide ongoing coaching to ensure continuous improvement in selling techniques and product knowledge.
