Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Managerial experience in F&B / Restaurant Chain.
• Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
• Good leadership skills and able to work independently/team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets and monitor performance.
• Implement corrective action plans for underperforming outlets.
• Recruit, train, and coach outlet managers and supervisors.
• Conduct regular store visits to check compliance and quality.
• Act as a communication bridge between HQ and outlet teams.
