Architect (Part 1)

Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design and drawing production
• Prepare authority submission and construction drawings
• Support project coordination with consultants and internal team
• Assist in site coordination and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Part 1)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp / Adobe / BIM is an advantage
• Good attitude, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team

Architect (Part 2)

Responsibilities

• Handle architectural design from concept to construction stage
• Prepare and coordinate authority submissions
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Attend meetings and site inspections
• Assist in contract administration and project coordination

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Architecture (Part 2)
• 2–5 years relevant working experience in architectural practice
• Familiar with local authority requirements and building regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM experience is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
