This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Agensi Pekerjaan Asia Recruit Sdn Bhd' as an Apparel Outlet Manager. Based in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, this full-time role will see you managing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced apparel outlet. You'll be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing the daily operations and management of the apparel outlet
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensuring stock control, merchandising and visual presentation standards are maintained
  • Analysing sales data and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintaining tight control of budgets and stock levels
  • Implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures
What we're looking for
  • Significant experience as a retail manager or assistant manager in the apparel industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting/exceeding targetsExcellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
