• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Corporate Legal team.
• Review and draft various agreements and legal documents.
• Assist the Corporate Legal team in M&A matters.
• Handle internal IP matters and coordinate with external counsel.
• Manage document filings and maintain the legal document database.
