• Support and assist in seedling, planting, maintaining, and harvesting.
• Collect, summarize, and interpret research data.

Responsibilities

• Willing to station in our R&D farm in Kampung Seri Cheeding, Banting (Google map Green Eagle R&D Station)
• Support and assist in seedling, planting, maintaining, and harvesting, improving crop yield, and solving problems from sowing to harvest
• Support and assist in developing schedules for planting, irrigation, pest control, etc
• Assisting with plant testing and selection to collect data
• Collect, summaries and interpret research data
• Send produce to designated markets when needed
• Keeping detailed records regarding fields, crops, and samples
• Support and assist in generating reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties
• Support and assist in conducting training on products and techniques
• Work in team while conducting field visitsortrials
• Any other special projects or assignment that may be assigned accordingly at the discretion of your superior
