About the Role

Lead the execution and coordination of strategic initiatives in partnership with Agency Leaders to drive performance, enhance recruitment outcomes, and exceed key business targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with Agency Leaders to achieve regional recruitment targets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Support: Leverage company-provided technology platforms and the Elite Academy ecosystem to track and enhance Life Planners’ performance.
  • Recruitment Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment quality and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Distribution Optimization: Enhance productivity and efficiency across the agency force by aligning initiatives with segmentation strategies.
  • Field Engagement & Issue Resolution: Conduct regular field visits to gather insights, support strategic planning, and address branch-level challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Agency Records, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to support and strengthen agency business operations.
  • Conflict Mediation: Serve as a liaison between the company and agency force, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts professionally.
  • Culture & Capability Building: Foster a high-performance culture and implement people systems that support sustainable business growth.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support sales development and operational requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Professional insurance qualifications such as AMII, ACII, or AAII are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general insurance or marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing, resourceful, and able to engage effectively across all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
