Salary Range: CN¥120,000.00 - CN¥170,000.00 / year

Work Setup: Onsite

The role

As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be the technical face of the company, ensuring that our semiconductor packaging equipment operates at peak performance. You will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and client satisfaction, providing high-level support throughout the equipment’s lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Lead the on-site installation, setup, and final acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) of semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues to minimize client downtime.
• Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure long-term equipment stability.
• Customer Support: Provide expert technical consultation and training to client operators and engineers.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze on-site performance data and customer feedback to provide actionable suggestions for R&D and product improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports regarding field issues, repairs, and customer requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Nationality/Residency: Chinese nationals currently residing in Malaysia.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically familiar with semiconductor packaging processes or equipment.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin (to coordinate with HQ/technical teams) and English (for client communication in Malaysia).
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read technical drawings and schematics; experience with precision instrumentation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can work independently under pressure while maintaining a strong team spirit.
