About the job After Sales Assistant Manager

Company Background:

A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the after-sales service department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to customers.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor after-sales service systems, workflows, and operational standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues related to large-scale equipment efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage a team of service professionals, ensuring effective performance, motivation, and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to maintain technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Ensure all after-sales processes align with Malaysia power distribution system standards.
    • Provide technical support and expertise in electrical systems, automation, power supply, and distribution.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement solutions proactively.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
    • Support pre-sales and project execution teams by providing insights and feedback from after-sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power supply and distribution, including at least 3 years in team management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with data centers, substations, and power plants is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing after-sales service departments, including familiarity with large-scale equipment service systems, processes, and standards.
  • In-depth understanding of Malaysia's power distribution system standards.
