Job Description

Handle enquiry from social media / Whatsapp / phone call / emails professionally.

Manage appointments, front desk duties, and processing payments.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, personalized recommendations, and follow-up care.

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and legal regulations.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in any field.

Prior experience in the related field will be added advantage.

Pleasant appearance. Good skin complexion is a bonus.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
