Overview
We are seeking for a highly motivated, experience and sales-driven Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales, ensuring exceptional service and an outstanding customer experience.
- Strategize and execute sales plans designed to consistently exceed targets.
- Lead morning briefings to align daily objectives and maximize appointments.
- Drive branch sales growth, actively monitoring performance to optimize revenue.
- Team & People Management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to build a cohesive and motivated team.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of high morale, productivity, and strong collaboration.
- Training & Development
- Champion continuous team learning through on-the-job coaching, role-playing, performance reviews, and guiding the team to sales and service excellence.
- Inventory & Stock Oversight
- Monitor treatment and stock levels, ensuring FIFO adherence and minimizing waste through effective inventory controls.
- Customer Relationship Cultivation
- Build strong customer relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Promptly address customer concerns, resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing & Promotional Initiatives
- Collaborate with HQ marketing to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives that attract new leads.
- Compliance & Hygiene Standards
- Ensure the outlet’s adherence to all regulatory, health, and safety standards, including rigorous hygiene protocols.
- Reporting & Communication
- Submit timely reports on outlet performance, staff matters, and operational challenges to the Area Manager or HQ for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets is a plus.
- Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, products, and industry regulations is a plus.
- Open to do hands on to set a good example to the team.
