Job description

Position 1: Beauty Consultant (Sales Focus) | 医美顾问

• Consultation: Provide professional analysis and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments/packages to clients. (为顾客提供专业的皮肤分析，并推荐合适的疗程配套)
• Sales Target: Drive sales to achieve and exceed personal and clinic monthly targets. (积极推动销售，以达到或超越个人及诊所的月度业绩目标)
• CRM: Build strong relationships with customers, follow up on treatment progress, and increase retention. (与顾客建立良好关系，跟进疗程进度，并提高顾客的回头率)
• Operations: Handle enquiries, appointment bookings, and general front-desk duties. (处理顾客咨询、预约安排及前台事务)

Position 2: Beauty Therapist (Treatment Focus) | 美容师

• Doctor Assistance: Assist the Aesthetic Doctor during Haare injection, laser, and minor procedures professionally. (在医生进行注射、镭射及微整疗程时提供专业的协助)
• Treatments: Perform high-standard facial and body treatments independently (e.g., medical facials, slimming). (独立并高标准地进行面部及身体护理，如医美焕肤、瘦身疗程)
• Hygiene: Ensure treatment rooms, machines, and sterilized equipment are maintained at strict medical standards. (确保治疗室 cál仪器及消毒工具符合严格的医疗卫生标准)
• Records: Update patient files, "Before & After" records, and treatment logs accurately. (准确更新顾客档案、疗程前后对比照及护理记录)
