A leading service company in Klang City seeks an Administrative Executive (Purchasing Support) to handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing records, following up with suppliers, and supporting purchasing activities. Candidates should have at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, be self-motivated, and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, while Mandarin skills are an advantage.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Prepare, update, and organize records such as PO, PI, inventories, and related documents
Follow up with suppliers and internal departments on delivery timelines
Support purchasing activities such as obtaining quotations and updating price lists
Any other administrative duties assigned by management
Preferably with 2-3 years working experience.
Fresh candidate without related experience but with positive attitude will be considered.
Posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Responsible, self motivated and result oriented.
Good communication skill and teamwork.
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage to communicate with mandarin-speaking suppliers.
