Administrative Executive / Office Administrator

This role is the calm center of office—ensuring daily operations flow smoothly, management is well-supported, and issues are resolved with discretion, logic, and care. The Administrator acts as the bridge between people, processes, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Operations & Daily Management
    • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a well‑organised, efficient, and professional working environment.
    • Manage office supplies, facilities, vendors, and service providers.
    • Handle ad‑hoc operational issues with speed, judgment, and practical solutions.
  • Management Team Support
    • Provide daily administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, coordination, and follow‑ups.
    • Act as the first point of contact for internal requests and operational concerns from management.
    • Assist in preparing reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordination & Communication
    • Track action items from management meetings and follow through on execution.
    • Liaise with external parties (vendors, partners, building management) professionally.
    • Support management in resolving daily operational challenges, staff requests, and urgent matters.
    • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
  • Administrative & Record Management
    • Maintain organised filing systems, records, and documentation.
    • Support basic HR and finance administrative tasks when required (attendance, claims, onboarding).
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
