Job description

JobDescription:

Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies.

Ensuring the organizational and business processes comply with government regulations.

Research, gather data and complete an analysis of compliance matters under supervision of senior compliance officers.

Well‑versed in the compliance of numerous statutory and regulatory bodies.

Maintain a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure policies are up‑to‑date and inline with current laws and regulations.

Afriendly and approachable person and can confidently communicate well with local authorities especially when dealing with people at all levels (Police, Bomba, Majlis Perbandaran/Bandaraya, Pejabat Daerah, Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah/Negeri, KPDNHEP/ KDN, MIDA, CIDB).

Tokyo key in data/records in system and do proper filling system.

Assist in daily and general administrative tasks.

To carry the ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

JobRequirements:

  • Candidatemust possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing and Communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role.
  • Professional certification in compliance or background in legal/consultancy/advisory is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
