A local compliance firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Administration Executive to provide administrative support and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication and at least 2 years of experience in compliance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. A friendly approach and ability to engage with authorities at all levels are necessary. The position involves data management, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
JobDescription:
Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies.
Ensuring the organizational and business processes comply with government regulations.
Research, gather data and complete an analysis of compliance matters under supervision of senior compliance officers.
Well‑versed in the compliance of numerous statutory and regulatory bodies.
Maintain a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure policies are up‑to‑date and inline with current laws and regulations.
Afriendly and approachable person and can confidently communicate well with local authorities especially when dealing with people at all levels (Police, Bomba, Majlis Perbandaran/Bandaraya, Pejabat Daerah, Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah/Negeri, KPDNHEP/ KDN, MIDA, CIDB).
Tokyo key in data/records in system and do proper filling system.
Assist in daily and general administrative tasks.
To carry the ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
