Role purpose
The Admin & Personal Assistant provides proactive, high‑quality administrative and organizational support to the General Services Manager and Foodservice team in their market. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administration activities. The role also supports operational services such as office and facilities management, procurement coordination, and health, safety & wellbeing (HSW) initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the General Services function.
This position requires a highly organized and adaptable individual with strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work cross‑culturally and collaboratively across teams.
