Qualifications

  • Candidates must be proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations, labor laws, and best practices in administrative management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • High attention to detail, ethical, reliable, and proactive in managing administrative and HR responsibilities.

Job Responsibility
  • Responsible for the daily management and operations of the company’s HR and administrative department.
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compensation & benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations; handle employee relations and labor disputes.
  • Plan and optimize administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management and provide professional HR and administrative advice to support decision-making.
  • Manage and guide team members to enhance departmental capability and efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must be proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR regulations, labor laws, and best practices in administrative management.
