Qualifications
- Candidates must be proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR regulations, labor laws, and best practices in administrative management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- High attention to detail, ethical, reliable, and proactive in managing administrative and HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily management and operations of the company’s HR and administrative department.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
- Plan and optimize administrative processes.
- Collaborate with senior management and provide professional HR advice.
- Manage and guide team members to enhance departmental capability.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the daily management and operations of the company’s HR and administrative department.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compensation & benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations; handle employee relations and labor disputes.
- Plan and optimize administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with senior management and provide professional HR and administrative advice to support decision-making.
- Manage and guide team members to enhance departmental capability and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must be proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay
