A corporate management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Office Management Executive. Main responsibilities include handling procurement and management of office supplies, planning company events, and liaising with vendors. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration or related fields and be fluent in three languages. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Responsible for procurement and management of office supplies, asset management, office equipment maintenance, replenish pantry etc.
Liaise with building management, vendors, and corporate secretary.
Planning and executing company activities such as staff lunch, birthday celebration, festive gathering, annual dinner etc.
Assist in utilities payment of the Company’s rented residential unit and upkeep the Company's motor vehicle.
Assist with travel arrangement including hotel reservation and flight ticket purchase.
Undertake reception duties when required. Greet guests and visitors professionally.
Handle inbound calls and arrange courier service.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resources or equivalent.
Good command (spoken and written) in 3 main languages.
