Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years of office administration experience. Responsibilities

  • Compile and verify information for Audit PIE reporting.
  • Prepare monthly management reports including billings.
  • Maintain and enhance utilization report for insights.
  • Monitor IRB feedback on stamp duty applications.
  • Support the audit operations team with ad-hoc tasks.

Job description
  • Compile and verify complete and accurate information, along with supporting documents, for Audit PIE reporting and regulatory submissions
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including projected billings and collections
  • Maintain and enhance the utilisation report to identify variances and deliver valuable insights for management
  • Monitor IRB feedback on stamp duty applications and coordinate appeals when necessary
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required to support the audit operations team

Experience & Education
  • A recognised Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in office administration
