Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Sparepart Executive to oversee and manage our spare parts inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of all inventory operations, from procurement and storage to distribution and reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting operational teams, and improving inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end spare parts inventory, including stock control, replenishment, and storage.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations such as receiving, inspection, issuing, and dispatch of parts.
  • Utilize inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track stock levels, process orders, and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and vendor teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations, and implement inventory control measures (e.g., FIFO).
  • Analyze consumption patterns and support in forecasting spare part requirements.
  • Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports, including stock status, shortages, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train team members.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
