Job description

• To assist manager to manage, supervise and support a team which consist of midwife, nurses and management staffs for the daily operation of Confinement Centre.
• As a team leader to creating a positive working environment that encourage team feedback and active participation towards Centre operations and Management decision making.
• To direct, manage and support the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of all operational controls and operating procedures based upon the Companies’ established policy.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
• Those with additional skill in specialist area e.g. Business admin / Management / Marketing / Customer Service will be an added advantage
• Be initiative and has strong integrity, good leadership skill and result-driven personality.
• Preferred language English
