Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for WRO-related activities including documentation, tracking, coordination, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and monitor security post operations to ensure effective management of visitors.
  • Oversee visitor, contractor, and vendor access records to ensure compliance with security requirements.
  • Manage welfare matters for company flat houses and coordinate annual rent arrangements.
  • Oversee maintenance and facilities management for canteen and office premises.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve facility-related issues.
  • Handle purchasing of office equipment and administrative supplies.
  • Coordinate administrative matters related to PMCare and insurance providers.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit compliance.
  • Prepare administrative and WRO-related reports as assigned.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for WRO‑related activities including documentation, tracking, coordination, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and monitor security post operations to ensure Auxiliary Police effectively manage in/out movement of visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with company security procedures.
  • Oversee visitor, contractor, and vendor access records to ensure proper registration, monitoring, and compliance with security requirements.
  • Manage welfare matters for company flat houses including monitoring conditions and coordinating annual renewal of rent‑to‑own or tenancy arrangements.
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and facilities management for canteen, surau, and office premises to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments, service providers, contractors, or external parties to address and resolve facility, security, or welfare‑related issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle purchasing of office equipment and administrative supplies in accordance with approved procedures and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative matters related to PMCare, insurance providers, and relevant service companies, including documentation and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation in line with audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
  • Prepare administrative and WRO‑related reports and perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
