The role involves attending to customer inquiries, guiding clients through evaluations, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Attend to new customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Provide information on Brain Wellness services and guide clients through registration and assessment procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and clients.
Provide feedback, advice, and progress updates to parents regarding their child’s training journey.
Follow up with new clients to schedule assessments, training sessions, and handle payment coordination.
Guide clients through the EEG brain assessment process, ensuring comfort and accuracy.
Assist students in completing neurofeedback training sessions safely and effectively.
Monitor and record students’ progress, attendance, and any changes in training routines.
Ensure training equipment and rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Handle daily correspondence, report preparation, and necessary documentation related to brain tests and training programs.
Manage updates such as public holiday notifications and greetings to customers via messages or social media.
Prepare, maintain, and file all student records including new enrolments, attendance, and discontinued students.
Coordinate report preparation and account creation for new students and brain assessment results.
Support centre operations, including event coordination and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Collect and record payments accurately in the AutoCount system.
Maintain financial records and update relevant files or systems.
Track outstanding payments, send reminders, and report collection status to the Centre Manager.
Prepare monthly financial reports and submit them to management.
Assist in planning, preparation, and execution of seminars, workshops, roadshows, and outdoor or indoor events.
Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Open and close the centre daily, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the centre environment.
Manage the company mobile phone and respond to urgent customer enquiries after hours when necessary.
Report daily to the Centre Manager on completed tasks, student matters, and customer feedback.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth centre operations.
