LANDLORDS PROPERTY & FACILTIES MANAGEMENT SDN BHD – Sepang, Selangor
Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative duties including filing, data entry, handling correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Maintain proper documentation for tenancy agreements, contracts, service providers, and building records.
- Prepare circulars, meeting notices, and minutes for JMB/MC meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, maintenance, and service jobs.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and requisition as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation (e.g., COB, Bomba, local council).
- Assist the AGM in preparing reports, budgets, and operational plans for property sites.
- Accounting Duties:
- Issue invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers for maintenance fees, sinking funds, and other charges.
- Handle collections of payments, prepare bank-in slips, and perform daily reconciliation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist in monthly closing and prepare basic financial reports for management review.
- Monitor arrears and follow up on outstanding payments with residents or owners.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in a related role, preferably in property management.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and multitask under pressure.
