Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate information provided by clients and do verification.
  • Cross check information, input it into the CRM system.
  • If necessary, send the verified information to the agent.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Good command in English, Mandarin is compulsory, Cantonese is a plus.
  • Report to HK Head Office, and follow HK working calendar.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in any Administrative role (Fresh graduates welcome).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
  • Experienced applicants will be considered for executive/senior executive role.
