Job summary

A stable retail company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for an administrative role. The ideal applicant must communicate in Mandarin and have at least a Diploma in administration or a related field. Responsibilities include handling retail administrative tasks, liaising with HR and government sectors, and providing general clerical support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Focus on handling retail administrative tasks including SKU creation and system inventory.
  • Liaise with HR Department on retail's staff attendance.
  • Liaise with Government sectors for Business License and any other license for new retail shop.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence and reports.
