Job summary

A local company in Seri Kembangan is seeking a full-time administrative support personnel. The role involves providing accounting and clerical support, handling paperwork, data entry, and maintaining records. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and a minimum of SPM or a Diploma. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and proficiency in English and additional languages is advantageous. Looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Support paperwork and data entry to Sales and Store department.
  • Key in data into the system.
  • Handle invoicing, billings, and related documents.
  • Maintain records with appropriate supporting documents systematically.
  • Perform routine administrative duties such as purchasing office equipment.
  • Record attendance and report to senior.
