Qualifications

  • Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Klang Valley routes and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong
Responsibilities
1. Delivery Coordination
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily delivery tasks based on priority and urgency.
  • Communicate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Service, Finance, HR) to confirm delivery requirements.
  • Allocate tasks effectively to drivers, couriers, or delivery companies.
  • Monitor daily delivery progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
  • Prepare and maintain delivery notes, dispatch records, and acknowledgement documents.
  • Ensure all delivery documents are fully signed and properly filed.
3. Communication & Follow-Up
  • Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers to ensure accurate delivery details and updates.
  • Handle urgent or ad-hoc delivery requests promptly.
  • Follow up on delays or exceptions and report to the Administration Supervisor or Manager.
4. Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies and road safety regulations.
  • Handle confidential documents and company property with care to maintain security and confidentiality.
  • Report any accidents, damages, or issues to supervisors immediately.
5. General Administrative Support
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and inventory checks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
