Assisting the department to prepare documents to clients and relevant authorities
Attending to matters/documents for general filing with relevant authorities
Assisting with departmental work, updating status of applications, drafting letters, meeting deadlines
Maintaining and updating client records
Monitoring and meeting deadlines
General administrative and departmental work
Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
Good time management and work prioritization
Meticulous, accurate and pays attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness and ability to handle a variety of tasks
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
