The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the department. This role involves documentation, filing, data entry, and day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth business operations in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Handle documentation, including letters, forms, and simple reports.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and updated.
  • Support scheduling of meetings and preparation of basic documents.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle simple office inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist in day-to-day office upkeep.
