  • Handle daily administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with basic enquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales documents, and inventory files.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for test rides, bike deliveries, and event arrangements.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic reports for management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic accounting software
