Job summary

A logistics and transport company in Johor Bahru is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a full-time non-executive role. The candidate will be responsible for keying in and matching Delivery Orders, preparing Proof of Delivery, and generating monthly reports. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess a motorcycle for transportation. The salary ranges from RM 2,000 to RM 2,200 monthly, with additional benefits including annual leave and contributions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia to handle inquiries.
• Possession of motorcycle for transport.

Responsibilities

• Key in and match customer's Delivery Order (DO).
• Prepare Proof of Delivery (POD) for customers.
• Generate monthly reports accurately.
• Plan and coordinate administrative duties.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage Ad Hoc assignments as needed.

• Handle Ad Hoc assignments from time to time
• Overtime on Schedule (Key in DO for Delivery Order)
