Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Senior Executive to join our finance team. This role involves managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payments of vendor invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company payment policies and approval limits.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor master data and review dormant accounts.
  • Perform daily treasury tasks and ensure sufficient funds for payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Manage tax-related matters such as CP204 submissions and tax refunds.
  • Conduct basic P&L analysis and ensure proper financial documentation for audits.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
