Job summary

Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive (water cooler/full set of accounts)

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts and supporting accurate financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. This role handles day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while working closely with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers. The position also supports management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and e‑invoicing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, including journal entries, schedules, and bank reconciliations.
  • Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with management reports, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries on financial matters.
  • Support tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with e‑invoicing platforms, including accurate data submission and system synchronization.
