Overview

LiT Strategy is a boutique management consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, specializing in strategic advisory and transformation projects for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We help founders and leadership teams solve critical business challenges, strengthen organizational capabilities, and achieve sustainable growth.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive (Remote) to support our finance and operational functions in Singapore. This role is critical in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. accountants, auditors, payroll vendors).

Key Roles and Responsibilities

A) Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for Singapore and regional entities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, schedules, and reconciliations
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payments
  • Track receivables, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage cash flow visibility
  • Support GST submissions and liaise with external tax agents

B) Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Assist with payroll data preparation and verification
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and accountants
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory filings

C) Reporting & Controls

  • Prepare basic financial analysis, summaries, and dashboards
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and internal controls
  • Support year-end closing and audit processes

D) Administrative & Ad-hoc

  • Support contract administration and billing schedules
  • Assist with regional entity administration as required
  • Other finance-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree (preferred) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience (SME or professional services preferred)
  • Comfortable handling full or partial sets of accounts
  • Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and GST
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems
  • Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Clear written communication and professional discipline
