Accounts Executive (AR & Credit Control)

Biovista Lifesciences Sdn Bhd, a growing agrochemical company, is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable, monitoring customer credit, and ensuring timely collections to support the company’s financial operations.

What you'll be doing :

• Account Receivable (AR) functions; close monitoring, controlling, and updating customers’ (local and overseas) accounts and details for payment collection.
• Full responsibility for credit control of customer (Debtors Account) and chasing payment for overdue invoices, including coordinating payment collection with the sales team.
• Perform daily account receivables updates, issue Statement of Account, receipt and aging report.
• Prepare weekly collections report and weekly update of outstanding balance of Debtors account.
• Assist in calculation of sales commission.
• Assist on all account related matters including account entries (GL) of subsidiary company, liaison with company secretary and auditors.
• Administration tasks: Grant application, petty cash, insurance claims, renew medical, accident and vehicle insurance.

What we're looking for :

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ working experience in the related field (Accounts Receivable).
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word and accounting software.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of credit control processes is an added advantage.
