REPORT TO: FINANCE MANAGER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for full scope of Accounts Receivable activities, processes and procedures.
- Ensure all billings, invoicing and collections are completed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Management / Managing Director’s direction.
- Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes and statements of account.
- Monitor, track and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare AR aging reports (weekly and monthly) and highlight long outstanding items to Management.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers promptly.
- Perform daily bookkeeping and record keeping related to AR transactions.
- Prepare AR related reports and journal vouchers in AutoCount and Odoo.
- Perform customer statement reconciliation and inter‑company reconciliation.
- Ensure AR KPIs are met, including collection efficiency and low overdue balances.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations and Project teams to ensure accurate billing.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly AR reports.
- Ensure full compliance and smooth handling of all e‑invoicing processes.
- Support Accounts & Finance department in any other duties as assigned.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by Management from time to time.

Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable and/or full set of accounts.
- Strong computer and Excel skills required.
- Exposure in AutoCount and Odoo software is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (able to build relationships at all levels – internal & external).
- Supervisory or management experience is desirable.
