The role involves troubleshooting client accounting issues and training clients on the Condo Master accounting module. • Assist customers with accounting issues using the Condo Master system.
• Train customers on the use of the Condo Master accounting module.
• Collaborate with Accounts Support team to troubleshoot accounting problems.
