Responsibilities

• Accurately recording and posting financial transactions in the accounting system
• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
• Reconciling bank statements and petty cash accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing customer service and responding to inquiries related to accounts
• Performing data entry and filing of accounting records
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar role
